How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are handmade and personalized, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. Because our items are handmade and personalized, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

What happens if my package is delayed/lost, or stolen in transit?

MK Southern Creations is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen in transit—these are beyond our control. Once your item is handed to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it. Please contact the carrier directly for delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan and file a report with your local police department.

My package arrived and an item is broken. What do I do?

If your order arrives and an item is broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. This helps us assess the issue and provide a solution. We will work with you to replace or remake the damaged item as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs after the package has been opened and used, but we are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. MK Southern Creations is not responsible for paying expedited shipping for replacements due to damages by mail carriers.

My Order Says It’s Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It – What Do I Do?

Check Around Your Property: Sometimes packages are left in hidden locations, with neighbors, or at your mailbox/porch area. Verify Your Shipping Address: Double-check that the address you provided at checkout was correct. Contact Your Local Post Office or Carrier: Occasionally packages are marked delivered early or left at a nearby facility. They can provide more details. Reach Out to Us: If you’ve checked your property and contacted your carrier but still cannot locate your package, please send us a message. We’ll work with you to help resolve the issue, though we cannot guarantee delivery once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If your package is returned to MK Southern Creations after shipment (due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or extra charges.
