PACKAGING:
To ensure the safety of your prints, they are carefully rolled and securely packaged in sturdy tube containers. We have taken great care in selecting the most protective method for handling and delivering your order.

TRACKING:

Returns/Exchanges:
As each print is made on a per-order basis, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items ordered in the wrong item or size. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before placing it. However, if you receive an item or size that does not match what you ordered, please send us a message, and we will be more than happy to replace the item at no additional cost if the error was on our part. DAMAGED ITEM:
While we made every effort to handle your order with utmost care, occasionally it may sustain damage during transit. Kindly provide us with a photo of the packaging tube and the damaged print.
Once we verify the damage, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
