Was inadvertently shipped a bed with wall attached headboard, which didn't work for me at all. Marcus custom made a kit to attach to the bed itself, shipped very quickly with detailed instructions. I was concerned that a jury rigged attachment would be a problem, but it was dead easy to install per Marcus' instructions and very solid. Marcus & team really went the extra mile to ensure that we'd have a great finished product. Great furniture, great customer care.

Excellent customer service! Marcus worked with us all along the way. He was very communicative and kind. We knew what was going on every step of the way. We ordered a bed and shelves from Marcus and then also another well known seller w high ratings on Etsy. I can say without hesitation Danner furnitures quality was not comparable. Danner furniture packed the king size bed much better and had clearer directions. Putting furniture is never fun but he made it easy and the wood was extremely solid and well made. My husband comments multiple times on the difference of the quality of the build, the confusion of the other Etsy bed builder and also they forgot to ship a part to us as well. (Which they did eventually but that was a pain). The significance between the two beds came down to quality and construction. We were thrilled!
