The tardiness of receiving these decorations was ridiculous. The shipping was also so expensive. I purchased two of these as gifts. They were so embarrassingly late that I had to pivot and think of something else. I guess eventually I will give for another recipient(s). Product does not look like the picture, is not painted, but decaled. Decal is not symmetrical at the top. Nothing notable.

I’m so sorry you were unhappy with your product, Michelle. However, it’s tardiness was not on our end. We have a 5-7 (business) day processing time, as everything is hand made when the order is placed. Your order was shipped out on February 1, which was within that processing time. These signs are also hand painted, I do not use any kind of decal. Thanks, Shannon
