The ordered ring size doesn’t fit. What now?

If the ring you ordered is too big or too small, you have the following options: 1. Exchange for the correct size If the ring is still available in your desired size, you can exchange it for the smaller/larger version. 2. Resize your ring If the ring is no longer available in your desired size, we can adjust your ring to the correct size. This costs €30 and takes around 5 business days before we can send the ring back to you. 3. Return within the withdrawal period If neither option works for you, you can return the ring within the withdrawal period and we will refund the purchase price.

Is your jewelry nickel-free?

All of our jewelry is made from recycled 925 sterling silver and 18-karat eco gold. Both precious metals contain no nickel, making them ideal for people with allergies.

Care Instructions: Since our jewelry is made from Sterling Silver (925) and 18-karat Eco Gold, handling and care are very simple. The gemstones we use also require no special care — with the exception of opals.
