Ten sheets of elegant vintage drawer-liner paper measuring 14" x 12."

Made by the Jack and Jane Hicks' Carolina Soap & Candle Makers in 1965, these were originally scented magnolia, but don't have much scent left.

What they DO have is a lovely classical design of two couples dancing around a maypole with cupids in attendance. Ink is a goldish color. Paper is cream. Several sheets have some light foxing/spotting (photo 4), as does the original box. There is a soft crease in the upper right of most the pages.

Aside from their original purpose, these sheets would make nice gift wrap, a unique framed print, or the basis of a collage/ mixed media project.

Ships USPS from beautiful Portland, Oregon.

Drawer liners from Carolina Soap and Candle Makers. 1960s. Collage. Mixed media. Elegant gift wrap.
