Permanent, Vivid Imagery: Each sign is created using a high-temperature pressing technique that permanently embeds the ink into a UV-protected metal blank. This process ensures a vibrant, permanent image that will never run, peel, or fade like wood, stickers, or vinyl.

Built to Last: We use high-quality metal blanks to guarantee a substantial, non-flimsy feel and exceptional durability.

Exclusive Imagery: The artwork featured on our signs, created using AI Art, is exclusive to our shop. We strictly do not grant rights to our images to any individual or company. If you encounter our designs elsewhere, please know they are unauthorized copies.

Please Note: Aside from the 3-inch option with a hole, no other signs come with pre-drilled holes or hanging brackets. We recommend using cable mounts for wreaths or, for art display, utilizing an inexpensive plate stand (available at most major retailers).

✈️ Shipping, Damage, and Policy Information
We work diligently, seven days a week, to create and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers: Signs are shipped via USPS First-Class mail (or if we ship a wreath, which goes via FedEx).

Delivery Times: Once a package is transferred to USPS or FedEx, we cannot control or guarantee their delivery schedule. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Damage Policy: Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will create and ship a replacement sign at no additional cost only if you supply photographic evidence of Damage. However you must keep all packaging and the signs and be willing to take it to the post office to turn in when we file a damage claim. With the postage costs going sky high we will no long just be shipping signs out if the post office damages them. We WILL file a claim before we ship the new sign or you can file a claim on your end.

Strict Return Policy: Since all signs are custom, made-to-order items, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before submitting your order.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process a cancellation only if we have not yet begun production of your sign.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer:
Due to variations in screen settings (brightness, contrast, and blue-light filters), the colors and shades of the physical print may differ from what you see on your device. All signs are printed according to our calibrated design files. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on color discrepancies between your screen and the final product. This policy will be strictly inforced due to shipping costs changing.


ETSY REPLACEMENT POLICY
Post Office Lost or Missing Packages
Please read our updated policy regarding shipping issues:

No Manual Replacements: We no longer manually replace packages that are lost or not received by the Post Office.

If Marked "Delivered" but Missing: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have the item, please file a claim through the Etsy Buyer Protection Program to receive a full refund.

If Your Package is Lost in Transit: We will initiate a "Missing Mail Search" with the carrier to help locate and redirect the package to you.

Extended Delays: If the package is not located or delivered within a few days of our search request, we will ask you to file an Etsy Buyer Protection claim. We Will no longer be shipping out another order for lost or missing mail. You will have to file a claim with etsy or wait for us to file a claim with the post office. Refunds will not be given for missing mail.

🚚 Shipping Update 🚚

Dear Valued Customers,

Beginning July 12, the USPS is implementing another nationwide postage increase that will affect nearly every package I ship. To help offset these rising carrier costs, I have made a small adjustment to my shipping rates.

As many of you know, I have worked hard to keep my shipping charges as low as possible over the years, often absorbing increased postage costs myself. Unfortunately, with the latest USPS increase, I can no longer continue to do so.

Please know that I do not profit from shipping. I only charge what is necessary to help cover the actual cost of safely packaging and shipping your order. As always, if Etsy collects more than $3.00 over my actual shipping cost on a multi-item order, I will gladly refund the difference.
