Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized items are paid for in full when the order is placed and are final sale unless there is a confirmed shop error. We will correct any error we make with engraving, size, metal, inscription, or order details if reported within 7 days of delivery. Please double-check all personalization details, spelling, initials, dates, brand images, and sizing before placing your order.

Care instructions are included with your order when applicable. Handmade and hand-engraved items should be treated with care. Avoid unnecessary moisture, chemicals, heavy impact, and repeated bending. Cuffs should be adjusted gently and only as needed, as repeated opening and closing can stress the metal over time. Chains should be removed before riding, barn work, sleeping, showering, swimming, or other activities where they may be pulled, caught, or stressed.

Order Processing Information

Lead times are based on our current order queue and are shown in each listing. Most custom jewelry ships in approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Larger custom pieces may take longer. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering. If an order is placed first and the deadline is mentioned afterward, we may not be able to move it ahead of other orders already in the queue. We work through orders in the order received unless a specific delivery date has been discussed and agreed to before purchase. In-progress photos are not provided due to order volume. Tracking is sent when your order is complete. Messages are answered Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm Eastern Time.

Will you send a design proof before starting my order?

For custom brands, initials, or overlay designs, we will make sure the design is clear before it is cut, engraved, or permanently applied. For hand-engraved scrollwork, we do not send a scrollwork sketch ahead of time. The scrollwork is drawn directly onto the piece by hand before engraving. If you have specific requests or concerns, please let us know when placing your order.

Sizing information is included in each listing. Rings are made to the size selected at checkout, and cuffs, pendants, buckles, and accessories are made according to the dimensions shown in the listing. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering. Custom-sized and personalized items are made specifically for the buyer and are final sale unless there is a confirmed shop error.

Can you put my brand, initials, or logo on an item?

In most cases, yes. We regularly work with cattle brands, initials, family marks, ranch symbols, and simple logos. Please send a clear image of the brand or design you would like us to use. Highly detailed logos, extensive lettering, or designs that need significant cleanup may require an additional charge or may not be suitable for every item. Check with us if you're unsure.

Replacements, Damage, and Wear

Once an item has been delivered, damage from use, loss or misplacement, broken chains, bent lids, damage from impact, repeated bending or opening/closing, or wear from regular use are not covered as free replacements. A replacement is considered a new custom order and will be priced at the current listing price.

This solid copper cuff bracelet is individually handcrafted in our Kentucky studio and hand engraved with traditional western scrollwork.

The 5/8" width gives it enough presence to wear on its own, while still keeping it comfortable for regular wear. It works well as a men’s western bracelet, a simple copper cuff, or an everyday piece for anyone who likes warm copper and traditional scrollwork.

An optional inside inscription lets you add a short private message without changing the outside design.

Copper has a warm, earthy look that naturally darkens over time, giving the cuff a worn-in character that fits western style especially well.

Sizing - Please Read Before Ordering

This cuff is made in the size you select.

Measure your wrist snugly with a soft measuring tape or string.

Our cuffs are designed with approximately a 1" opening.

Example:

An 8" wrist typically orders a 7" cuff.

If you are between sizes, size up.

Final size selection is the buyer’s responsibility, so please contact us with sizing questions before ordering.

Wear & Care

To put on your cuff, slide it onto the side of your wrist and rotate it into place.

Do not repeatedly pull the cuff ends apart and squeeze them closed. Repeated bending can weaken metal over time.

Copper naturally darkens and develops patina with wear. Some wearers may experience temporary green or dark skin discoloration. This is harmless and washes away easily.

To minimize patina and skin interaction, avoid exposure to water, sweat, and lotions, and store your cuff in a dry place when it is not being worn.
