We welcome customization in any way! Just send me your design by message either before or after placing your order (we accept PNG and JPEG formats). Please note that there’s a small additional fee for this.

Can I preview the design-proof of my order?

Yes! If you want to preview the design-proof, please leave a note 'design proof' in your order when you place it, and we’ll send the design-proof to you via message.

Can l track the shipping information after the order has been shipped?

Absolutely! l will provide you with a tracking number while the order has been shipped. You can track your order on etsy order page or on carrier's website.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We provide protective packaging for our glass products, but since they’re fragile, there’s still a slight chance they could get damaged during shipping. If that happens, just take a photo and send it to us. Our 15-day after-sales service guarantees a quick replacement for you!

Do you accept wholesale orders?

We are able to receive wholesale orders! We have our own factory, can accommodate any quantity you wish to order. Please send us a message with the size of your order and any other requirements, and I’ll be glad to provide you with the wholesale price.
