Cold Cup Info:
-Made with premium vinyl
-Handwash only with cold water
-Washing with hot water may cause vinyl to lift
-Do not soak
-Be careful when using tea towels as small fibres may catch on the vinyl
-With correct care the vinyl should last 1-2 years

As these are made with vinyl, these will not last if you put into a dishwasher. I will not take responsibility if your vinyl peels off after putting in the dishwasher.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and dispatched.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Gift boxes and hampers
• Body care, skincare, bath, and hygiene products

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

📸 The damaged item(s)
🏷️ Any shipping labels attached to the parcel

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Where damage in transit is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

We are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for:

• Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail or other delivery providers
• Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the customer
• Change of mind purchases
• Personal preference regarding taste, fragrance, colour, or product selection
• Minor packaging variations or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product

Please ensure that all names, messages, spellings, dates, and other personalisation details are entered correctly when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Personalised items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly due to an error on our part.
