The files come in an archive in .zip format. The archive will contain a folder named "Designs" and documentation images. In the "Designs" folder are all machine embroidery file types: pes, jef, dst, hus, vp3, xxx and exp The documentation images are purely for guidance regarding exact size, stitch count and color layers.

What size do you offer?

We offer multiple sizes to our designs. Most of our designs come as small as 3 x 3 and as big as 8 x 12 hoop. Because every design is different is best for you to check the size in the description or in the product's images where the documentation is uploaded. For bundles, the size is only available in description.

How are constructed your designs?

We carefully digitize every design. We make underlay for our designs and use the properties so the stitch is correct and doesn't pucker or gaps. We group the elements of the design by color with single needle machine in mind. This way you don't need to change the thread so many times. Our designs are dense enough to be stitched on bath towels. For lighter fabrics use thicker or 2 layers of stabilizer and lower the stitch speed on the machine.

What can I embroider?

You can embroider all kinds of products such as clothing, towels, tote bags, can coolers, hats, patches, banners, pillow cases, baskets, tags and more.

How to download the files?

There are 2 ways to download the files once the order is complete. Via e-mail. Etsy sends an e-mail with a download link to the e-mail attached to the account the order was made from. If you haven t received the e-mail first search in spam. In your Etsy account, in the Purchases and Reviews section. Here are all your orders. For the digital ones, there will be a download button. You can download as many times as you like. We encourage you to download and store your files as soon as possible, as we might make updates and the files won't show. If this happens do contact us.

Our embroidery files come in an archived zip format. You can open the archive and access the embroidery files by simply double-clicking the zip file (like entering a folder).
For Mac users, double-clicking the zip file will automatically unzip the files.
If you are a PC user, double-clicking the zip file will open a new window which means you are inside the archive. If you want the files to be unzipped, you need to right-click and select the option "extract".
