--Packages are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know so we can discuss shipping options. Orders have been taking 4-6 weeks to arrive internationally. Please be patient. Items are rarely lost when shipping overseas, but merely caught in customs.
Laundry soap or candles in glass jars is not available to ship internationally due to the probability of damage. If you'd like some laundry soap, please choose the 'bulk' option.
Shipping charges include packing materials, labeling materials, and time involved.

Please understand that all of our bars are beautiful, but we can never create exact replicas of any one batch. The bars you receive may vary in color and design from the photos shown in the listings due to the small batches we make, and the number of bars we sell. Also, every monitor is going to show coloring a bit differently. If you have questions about the exact color and/or design, please convo me, and I'll be happy to send you a picture of the latest batch!
