Description

This PDF pattern is part of the KHG Arts Classic Series of hand embroidery patterns. Using my original artwork, this pattern is inspired by bustling cities and includes a charming skyline, Vespa, lamp post, park bench complete with pigeon, traffic light, cone, and sign, coffee to go, and of course some Chinese take-out (the character is for food/meal). The design has been drawn, digitized, and put together in a handy printable PDF by me, for you.

The pattern is all ready for you to use: just print, transfer to fabric, and stitch it up as an embellishment to a variety of projects such as books and passport covers, quilt blocks, tea towels, bags, pillows, or wall hangings to name a few. Your imagination is the limit!

You will receive a 6 page PDF that includes a stitched example photo, instructions for transferring the design to fabric, three stitch tutorials to get you started, a color guide, stitch map, and a basic black version in forward and reverse. A preview of these pages can be found in the last image posted above.

Difficulty Level: Advanced Beginner
(This rating is only due to the level of detail and not the type of stitches used. Remember—any embroidery pattern can be made up in a simpler or more difficult way by changing the type of stitches used to cover or fill in the lines)

Love the design of the letters and the fabric is a good, thick kind that will hold up well, I think. Thanks!
