Amazing. Seriously. Amazing. When I saw this, I wished my girlfriend hadn't bought IKEA lamps for our apartment, cause this lamp is the ship (get it? haha!)

This is a vintage Santa Maria ship lamp and includes its vintage shade. The lamp itself is in great shape! The stand of the lamp is a beautiful solid wood. The plaque on front reads "Santa Maria", I assume named for some Saint Maria (a joke...I know it's Coronado. Again, a joke. It's Jacques Cousteau.)

The ship is beautiful. The craftsmanship is really nice! The masts are made of brass, with twine being the ship lines. Two small red balls and a flag complete the ship. The sides have gold detailing and the back has a beautiful Santa Maria painting (message me if you are interested in seeing the detail work before buying). The stand and boat measure 9 1/4" across and 6" deep. The top of the boat is 9" from the bottom. The light stand is a curved black tube that has a push button switch. The top of the light fixture is 13 3/4" from the bottom of the stand. It includes an original shade that clamps lightly onto the bulb. It is made of a cloth material lined with manilla looking paper. It measures 12 1/2" x 5 1/2". It has a few small holes in the material. I think it adds to the vintage look, BUT, you could always buy a new shade (and even recycle the bulb clamp from this one).

This is a wonderful piece that would be fantastic for a nautical fan, in a study, or in your vintage, antique home. If you would like any additional pictures, just message me. Enjoy!
