Custom and personalized orders

All custom orders begin after purchase. Please include your logo/artwork, colors, text/name, placement ideas, and any deadline. We create a digital mockup after purchase, and production begins only after you approve the mockup.

When will I receive my mockup?

Mockups are created after purchase. Timing may vary depending on order volume, but we will send your mockup for review before production begins.

How long does production take?

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks after mockup approval for production and shipping. If you have a firm event date, please message us before ordering.

Can I order for a team, tournament, or business event?

Yes. We can help with larger orders for teams, tournaments, golf trips, businesses, and events. Message us with your quantity, deadline, logo, and design idea.

What if we cannot agree on a design?

If we cannot create an approved design before production begins, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once a mockup is approved and production begins, the item is custom-made and cannot be canceled.
