Current production time is 1-3 business days. Business days DO NOT include holidays or weekends. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you! Typical transit time after shipping: 1-4 days (Mon-Sat) IF YOU HAVE A NEED-BY DATE, please send me a message here on Etsy either before or after placing your order so I can accommodate. Your estimated ship date will be in your “purchases” section of the Etsy app or website for your convenience once you place an order. If you select an upgraded shipping method, it does not change our production time. This only makes USPS ship faster once they have the order. Returns and Exchanges

Monogrammed items will not be refunded. Only mistakes made by seller will be refunded. Please leave all information necessary to ensure correct orders are shipped out. Order details can not be changed after the item is shipped out. Please be sure you have checked out with the address, colors, fonts and initials (in the order you want them to appear) you want. Each purchase comes with one font proof, should you request one. Proofs are not automatically sent, they must be requested at the time of purchase. If you would like to see more than one font, there will be an $8 charge per proof.

What is Crazy Horse Leather and How to Care for It?

Crazy horse leather, also known as saddle leather, is made by applying a special kind of wax to the already smooth, full grain leather surface. Wax enhances the fibers of the leather, and when they are scratched or rubbed, the natural color of the leather changes its hue and gives it an antique look. If the bag or wallet gets wet or you spill something on it the best thing to do is wipe it down with a damp cloth. Do not use a hairdryer or any sort of heat on the bag/wallet to dry it out. Applying heat to the prodact can cause the leather to warp and harden. It is important to not use any cleaners or detergents on the bag as it can discolor the leather. The toiletry bag or wallet will last for years with proper care.

How to Remove Scratches?

While Crazy Horse Leather products are designed to develop scratches to give them a vintage look if you get scratches on the bag that you do not like there are ways of getting rid of them. Take a dry cloth and rub at the scratch in a circular motion. This will move the wax coating over the scratch and darken the color back to the original color of the leather. Over time the bag will develop different colorations that will add to the character of the leather. If you want to keep the leather in good condition for years you can treat it with leather cream or wax. This will help with durability and weather resistance.

Lost / Stolen Packages

PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. If your package was marked as "Delivered" in USPS's system but you are unable to locate the parcel, you must contact your local post office. You may also file a claim with your bank for a refund. I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!) If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.

Shipped to the Incorrect Address

Please note that Viva Leather will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships. If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments.)

I've sent a message and I haven't heard back. What do I do?

We answer messages in the order that they were received, so please be patient with us! When another message is sent regarding the same order, it moves your inquiry to the back of the line, as the system believes your inquiry is new. We are experiencing a higher volume of messages than usual due to the delays from COVID-19, and we're doing our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. My husband and I work from Monday to Friday. If you've reached out to us on the weekend, we'll do our best to get back to you during the next 1-2 business days.

Our Free Shipping Over $35 Guarantee includes free domestic USPS First Class Shipping. This method takes 2-6 business days to arrive once your order is complete. Both Etsy and USPS will provide estimated delivery dates, but please be advised that these are not always accurate. Your order may take longer to arrive than shown. COVID-19 has changed the way many small businesses operate. One way that our shop has been affected is the recent changes within the United States Postal Service. While this is the most affordable way to ship and receive packages in the US, the USPS has been facing unprecedented delays. We want your order to be exactly how you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, initials, and names carefully. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions before placing your order. We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order.

Monogramming Information

Please provide initials in EXACTLY the order you want them to appear. Items will be monogrammed in sequence given in the order notes. Order details can not be changed after the item is shipped. Refunds will not be given because initials were provided in the wrong order or a typo was made. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Due to to the continuous high volume of orders, I cannot provide photos of leather orders before they are shipped.
