How soon can you ship? What if I need my order by a specific date?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. All standard orders are completed in the order received and are never delayed to accommodate rush requests. If you need your order sooner, a Rush Order upgrade is available at checkout. This option includes expedited production along with Priority shipping and insurance for faster delivery once your package ships. If you have a specific deadline, please message us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and timing. We are happy to help when possible.

Can you change the color of a patch?

Yes. Many designs can be customized with alternate fabric or thread colors. Please leave your color preferences in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. If you would like to confirm color availability before ordering, feel free to message us. If you have already ordered and need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before production begins.

Most of my patches come in different sizes. If you don't see the size you need listed in the description please contact us to check availability.

Do you offer custom designed patches?

Yes. We welcome custom design requests. Please send a message with your design details, preferred size, quantity, and timeline for a personalized quote.

Are the patches machine washable?

Yes. When properly applied, our patches are machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cool water and avoiding bleach, harsh stain removers, abrasive cleaning agents, and heavy washing additives.

Will I receive a proof before my order is made?

For most patches, proofs are not automatically sent in order to prevent production delays. If you would like to review a proof before production begins, please request one at checkout.
