Custom orders are made according to your measurements. See each listing for the measurements we need to make the garment for you.

How soon will a 'In Stock' item ship?

Items marked 'In Stock', 'Ready To Ship', or 'Ready Made' will usually ship 1-3 business days after payment clears. Contact us if you need your item by a special date.

How long will it take for my custom garment to ship?

It depends not only on how long the garment takes to make, but also how many other orders we are currently processing. AT THIS TIME, your custom garment will ship in 3-4 weeks in most cases.

When will my In Stock item ship if my order includes a Custom item?

Unless you request otherwise, your In Stock item will wait until we can complete your Custom item.

How see-through are your nightgowns?

While our nightgowns are not made with an especially thin fabric, white fabric always has a certain 'shadow' problem. If you need a gown with no see-through at all, please choose a darker color, a print, or a flannel.

I'm ordering more than one item, and my shipping seems high - will you refund extra shipping costs?

YES! Since shipping is automated, it sometimes adds on full shipping for each item you order. We will refund any extra shipping costs that are not needed to cover your shipping and handling.

Can I cancel my order? Do you take returns?

You can cancel an order for any reason within 24 hours of it being placed, free of charge. Because most of our garments are custom made to your specifications and are uniquely you, we do not take returns or make exchanges. If no measurements (for Made To Measure) or Fabric choices (for Made to Measure or Custom) are provided within 7 business days of the order being placed OR 10 business days before your need-by date, and we are unable to make the garment for you, we will cancel the order and you will be refunded.

I purchased 10 of these, so that I could place a few in my car, a few in my backpack, and a few in my bedroom. I didn’t want to be constantly washing them when I’m sick. I’m a millennial who became interested in handkerchiefs, despite their declining general usage, primarily to reduce landfill waste from disposable Kleenex. I like linen because it’s an “environmentally friendly” material, which is lightweight and soft, yet durable and easy to clean. Once these arrived, I found even more reasons to appreciate them. It’s a far more pleasant experience, I’ve found, to blow one’s nose with linen than with paper tissues. I’ve also found them to be very hygienic, not “gross” at all. I wish I had started using linen handkerchiefs many years ago. I suspect I will use these ones, which seem to be high quality, for many years to come.
