What if my item arrives damaged?

Please send a clear photo of the damage within 3 days after delivery date, and I will be happy to work with you on a resolution.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I have no specific gift wrapping available. However, I do include tissue paper and a hand drawn sticker so every package feels like a gift.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, leave your gift message at checkout and I will include it with your order.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking says Delivered, but it is not at your address, please contact your local post office. They will ask you to check with neighbors and around your house. I am not responsible for stolen packages, so please be sure you have a safe, deliverable location. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local post office to report a missing package. If it cannot be located after 30 days, please reach out to me and I will be happy to work with you to find a resolution.

What if I gave the wrong shipping address?

Please double check to make sure your shipping address is correct BEFORE finalizing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact me ASAP. I cannot change it once your order ships. I am not responsible for an incorrect shipping address given by the buyer. If your package is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus shipping costs incurred (regardless if labeled as free shipping). You can then repurchase with a different address at your discretion.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, I accept returns. Please message me to start a return. Returns are to be postmarked within 7 days from delivery date. A refund minus shipping costs incurred (regardless if labeled as free shipping) will be given once the item is received back and inspected to be in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss of value if not in original condition. I do not offer exchanges. If you'd like another item after a return, please place a separate order.

I currently only ship via USPS.

Yes, you may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. In the event of a forced return, a refund will automatically be given minus shipping costs incurred (regardless if labeled as free shipping) + 10% restocking fee.
