When will my order be shipped?

My processing time is set to 2 weeks but I normally ship out sooner. If you need your order faster than that, kindly write me a message and I will do my best to get it out faster.

Orders within Germany will generally arrive within a few working days. International orders can take up to 4 weeks. From experience orders to the USA currently take the longest with up to 6 weeks. If you have any questions about the estimated delivery times please don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll happily assist.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

As my Etsy Policy states I do not accept any of the above. Any shipping damages or lost orders are out of my hand so I can’t offer refunds etc. In any ways if you think your order got lost or damaged please send me a message and we will try to figure something out together.

For now flat items like decals and all stickers will come with tracked shipping ONLY to the US so no shipping upgrade is needed at checkout. All other countries will remain untracked unless upgrade is purchased at checkout.

US shipping prices (non-flat items)

Non-flat items such as keychains or washi tape need to be packed in a small parcel which now costs 15.99€ untracked instead of the 11.99€ before I’m very sorry for the inconvenience but the current state of the US tariffs etc. don’t leave me another choice. If you want to host a group order on multiple items to save on shipping costs altogether don’t hesitate to message me here or on instagram. All flat items will continue to have the same rates as before. I am not responsible for any additional fees that might occur when the item has arrived at the senders address.

Tracked shipping (international)

I offer a tracked shipping upgrade at checkout for all my flat items. ⚠️US flat items are tracked by default so no upgrades for those needed. All other countries come untracked by default. I currently don’t offer tracked shipping for non-flat items such as washi or keychains because the rates for different countries differ and you cannot differentiate this here on Etsy so a parcel to Italy would cost 14.49€ and the US tracked shipping is currently at 26.49€. So every country would need to pay 26.49€ even though their shipping would be cheaper. If you still want tracked shipping please message me privately.

All orders are sent with Deutsche Post/DHL. Delivery times are generally 1-5 working days for Germany and 1-4 weeks internationally although international shipping might be extended by that for multiple reasons beyond my control.
Orders ship without tracking unless an upgrade is chosen at checkout (although international orders will come with a basic tracking number that shows tracking until the German border)
