Most of my jewelry is made with silver copper tin, which is a soft metal not as hard like zinc alloy or iron, please be gentle and avoid to fold it or press it hard. Some can tarnished with excessive use, avoid to use the jewelry on pools, sea or during body showers.

Flowers, herbs and plants are already dried and they can change color probably a little bit, I try to work with the best quality of nature preserved by me. Avoid to keep the botanical jewelry exposed long time on the sun.

All handmade products requires the proper care.

All my jewelry and mineral are packed on a gift box, cute mini bag or display according the product.
If you want a special note or to send to a different shipping address please let me know.

Prints and original art art covered with cello bag and flat hard cardboard. If you want to add a frame please let me know.

Calendars are packed on a hard cardboards.

When you make the purchase I send the order to the printer store the same day. The printer store takes 5 to 7 days to have the order ready, an I pick up orders and send it to the post office the same day they call me. (I work the best on this to give you your calendar the sooner possible)

***Wall calendars during Holidays (Late November, December and early January )***
During Holidays sometimes the process takes 2 weeks (double time) is a busy season for wall calendar printers, everybody is printing wall calendars during that time, please be patient if you make an order on those months. I always do shipping fast during that time and by Priority mail to USA.

I ship via usps service, is the United States postal service, and I do via "firsts class" which includes tracking code.
For big packages I do "priority mail" which includes tracking code.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I always ship via "first class" it contains a customs form number which you can track only in USA, once the package is out of USA we can't track it anymore. Some countries are able to track some countries don't.
This service don't include insurance, you are responsible if the package is lost or damage. Shipping princes starting at 15.00 dlls.

If you want tracking code and insurance you must request another shipping method by "priority mail" via USPS OR FEDEX which is about $60.00 USD or MORE depending location, size and weight.
