The necklace arrived in a small box. It looks great and it's easy to put on and off. She ordered the smaller necklace so it would be visible higher up on her chest and so that it would be plainly visible in her scrub tops. It's a subtle way to let people know she is a QoS. The only issue is that the actual shiny metal spade easily collects fingerprints if touched, so wipe any prints off when you wear it. Other than that, it is awesome. If anybody knows what it means, it's not a big deal and a great conversation starter. If people don't know what it means, the message isn't for them in the first place.

I love my QOS necklace/choker. I have taken to wearing it everyday. I love the looks that I get - some curious and some knowing.
