Shipping policies
I ship all domestic orders via USPS first class. I ship most orders within 1-2 weeks of cleared payment-please add an additional 3-7 days for shipping times.
Insurance is available for an additional charge-convo me before ordering so I can invoice you for additional costs. I can not be held responsible for packages once they leave my possession so I encourage you to purchase insurance in case of loss or damage once shipped.
Please make sure your address matches up to your paypal address or message me with the correct address to mail to!

I personally stamp each letter by hand, not machine, so not every letter will line up straight or have the same character depth-this adds to the charm of your piece! I do my best to make sure each piece is beautiful and I would not send a customer a piece that I would not be willing to give to my loved ones as well!
Please note that most of my pieces are made from aluminum which is VERY lightweight but is a preferred metal because it does not tarnish and is hypoallergenic.
*I highly recommend removing your jewelry before entering water (showering, swimming, washing hands, doing dishes etc.) to help prolong the life of your jewelry.
**I suggest storing your jewelry in a small ziploc bag to keep it dry and from getting scratched.
