To care for your jewelry always keep your silver and gold jewelry stored separately. When not wearing them keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or plastic baggies to best prevent tarnishing. If tarnishing does occur rub with a jewelry polishing cloth or wash your jewelry with mild dish soap and gently rub dry with a microfiber cloth.

Items are shipped on cardboard jewelry cards and in either a sturdy cardboard jewelry box or cotton drawstring bag. Items will be packaged to reduce the amount of packaging used. If you purchase multiple items and would like them individually packaged on separate jewelry cards and in separate boxes/bags please attach a note to seller while checking out to indicate so.

Can I get it gift wrapped?

Holiday themed gift wrapping can be added to any order using the listings available in the "Add On's" category. More generic gift wrapping can also be purchased when marking the item as a gift at checkout.

How do I know the right hoop size?

The best way to find your hoop size is to measure! This is usually best done with the help of a friend. Measure in millimeters the distance from your piercing to the edge of your lobe/nostril. If you want a snug fit use this number, or go down one size. If you want a slightly loose fit go up one size. Either way don't fret, exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase!
