When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery may take 4-7 business days Shipments in Europe are usually delivered within 2-5 business days Shipments in the United States usually delivered within 4-7 business days

What if i need to get an order very fast?

If the award is needed as soon as possible, we recommend choosing express delivery, so you will receive your order within 1-3 working days from the time when your order is completed

What happens if I don't respond to messages from UDAawards?

We must produce and ship the order within the deadline specified in the Etsy shop. If you do not respond to the messages during the layout adjustment process, your award will be produced on the layout prepared by UDAwards.

What to do if I was not at home when my shipment was attempted to be delivered?

If you select the standard (non-express) delivery method, the parcel will only be delivered once through your country's postal service. This means that if you were not at home at the time of delivery, the postman will not try to deliver the parcel a second time. If you do not receive your shipment within the scheduled delivery time you should contact the nearest post office with the tracking number.

What to do if the parcel is damaged?

If the package is damaged, please take a photo of it before opening the box. Otherwise, we won't be able to compensate for the damage caused during transportation.

What happens if I don't approve the layout in time?

If the layout is not approved within 2 working days of receiving it, we will not be able to guarantee that we will be able to produce and deliver the award within the previously agreed time

I live outside European Union, will my order be subject to customs duties?

When purchasing products from our store, buyers residing outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges in accordance with their country's regulations. Please note that as sellers, we are not responsible for these fees. We recommend checking your local laws and customs regulations prior to placing an order. Any additional costs related to customs clearance will be the buyer's responsibility.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes if I'm in the USA?

No — never. We cover 100% of all US customs duties and import taxes on every order. We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all fees are paid by us before your package leaves. You will not receive any additional bill from the courier or customs. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
