-do NOT come with screws

-are RECESSED on the back to fit properly

-are ORIGINAL designs

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

If you are not happy with your purchase I will fully refund your money minus the shipping costs. For a full refund please ship the item back to me within two weeks of receiving it. If it is damaged in anyway I can refund your money, or send you another one.

Shipping policies

I will be able to ship to you your order anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks.
If the item is already made then I will ship it to you within 2 days through the U.S. Post Office.
If it is something that I need to make then that can take 1 - 3 weeks depending on if I have
the piece already made and it only needs to be glazed, or if I need to make a new one from scratch. If time is important to you let me know and I can let you know more precisely your wait time.

I usually list on Etsy items which I already have made, so I should be able to mail them to you through the U.S. Post Office within 3 days. f I am out of the particular item that you ordered then it might take me 1 - 3 weeks to make the item for you.

Additional policies

CUSTOM GLAZE COLORS: We can work together to find the right glaze color for you. I have many glazes in my shop. We can do this using photos on the internet or by shipping color samples. I will charge a little extra for this depending on how much extra work this may or may not be.
