Frequently asked questions about CoconutIslandBlue

Flowers weight
We don't actually weight the flowers for our small packages but they are hand-picked and individually selected from our own organic garden. They are dried naturally in dust-covered container in non-rainy seasons. During rainy season, they are dried using low heat air in a ventilating container. The flower is very light after drying, weighting flowers for the small amount can vary substantially. Some seasons we have extra large size flowers, buyers will benefit from them without charging extra for both flowers and shipping cost. The approximated weight is about +/-8 grams for 100 flowers. We do give about 10-20 extra flowers for each 100 flowers to make sure your projects are fulfilled.
Bulk Purchase
For bulk purchase/wholesale price, we can supply a package of 1 Kilogram and up. Please give us your quantity and required date since individual purchase will vary according to seasons.

Capacity — our capacity in producing organic Butterfly pea flowers is 1 Kilogram (Approximately +/-12,000 dried flowers) per week. We do give extra flowers in every shipment for the varying hydration of the weather and flowers in each produce and during flowers in transit.
For organic certification, we don’t have a third party certification since we grow our flowers on our own for more than 2 decades without any kind of chemical. We actually live in our garden and we love to share what we use ourselves to the world. To get certified, it will add extra cost to the goods substantially. We will reconsider this matter when it’s time.
