I,m overseas, how long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

All my parcels are shipped Standard International with Royal Mail. Royal Mail will have your parcel in the country of destination in 5 to 7 working days, however, once your internal postal system takes over, Royal Mail has no control over the rest of your parcels' journey and for this reason, advise to allow 2 to 4 weeks in total for delivery. I also offer a shipping upgrade to include tracking which can be chosen at the check out. This option will have your parcel in the country of destination within 3 to 5 working days, but again the same applies, please allow 2 to 4 weeks in total for delivery.

Can my parcel be marked as a gift to avoid customs charges?

No, I,m afraid not. All parcels are labelled with a customs label showing the full value of the parcel, as required by law. Customs charges vary with each country, and it is the buyers' responsibility to look into these charges before purchasing, as the buyer is responsible for any customs charges or import fees.
