Decirculo packs its products with much care and mostly in new double carton boxes with bubble wrap and protective packaging foam chips if needed.

Decirculo does not do gift wrapping.

If you wish to return a product, send an email within 14 days after receiving the product. Mentioning the product, your name, address and telephone number. You will receive information for the return shipping. Ordered items can only be returned if products are complete, return shipping costs are for buyer's expense.

If orders are combined, you can reduce your shipping costs considerable.
