Custom and personalised orders

With all our items you can choose exactly which paint colours you receive by adding a note or popping them in the personalisation box. Our current colours are: red, dark blue, light blue, hot pink, light pink, cream, white, black, brown, green, light green, mint green, purple, lilac, silver, gold orange and yellow.

The size of almost all our items can be found on the photos against the ruler. They are measured in centimetres. If you are unsure please just ask and we can send you clearer photos and/or against household object/coin to get a true feel for the size. They are roughly 5.5x5.5cm for the mini items although they do vary from design to design.

Our items aren't toys, they will withstand bit of play but they are designed to be a craft activity keepsake. We advise keeping them somewhere dry and moisture free. If you choose to keep them outside we suggest sealing them with modge podge or something similar, this isn't something we provide. Paints: The paints we choose are school safe children's paints which are washable but as with all paints staining still my occur. Supervison: All children should be supervised. We don't recommend for children under 3 years of age due to small parts.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We don't offer gift wrap but we do take pride in packaging our items as nicely as possibly with love and care going into every order. We don't send paper invoices or receipts to save on waste and no prices are ever shown anywhere on our items.

All our orders are sent within 1-3 working days, occasionally on a Saturday too. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our items as the standard option. Express postage will be sent Royal Mail 1pm delivery. Sometimes things happen out of our control which may impact delivery such as severe weather. We advise ordering asap just incase but if you need your items short notice we will do what we can to accommodate your request.

Our wonky boxes are perfect boredom busters for wet boring weekends, playdates, competitive family get togethers or even a trip to the park. The box comes as full as possible with between 20-40 items that didn't quite make all our checks. They may have small chips, air bubbles, too thick, too thin, out of season etc. The box will have few paint brushes and at least 6 small pots of paints to get you started. Markers and felt tips (not included) also work great on our items if you prefer less mess and chucking a few in your bag as a quick activity when out and about. Can I choose my designs? Unfortunately not. We do try and pop at least a few of your ideal items in this is never a guarantee.
