What should I do if my order does not arrive?

In line with courier policies, we kindly ask that UK customers allow up to 10 working days for their order to arrive before reporting an item as missing. If your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us via email or Etsy messages, and you will be offered a replacement item (subject to availability) or a refund for your order. We ask that all missing parcels are reported within 40 calendar days of your order being dispatched so that we can investigate this with our courier.

What should I do if my order arrives and is damaged/faulty?

We take great care in quality checking and packaging all orders before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue. For items damaged in transit, we are happy to offer a replacement (subject to availability) or refund. Claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear occurring after delivery.

What should I do if I missed a delivery?

If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery, a calling card is usually left with instructions on how you can access your parcel. Royal Mail only hold parcels for 18 calendar days after the first delivery is attempted, so your order will need to be collected within this time. After 18 days, your parcel will be returned to us. Please note, this isn't always the case and we are not able to legislate for your package going missing after the 18 day holding period. If you are outside of the 18 day window and believe your parcel has been returned to us, please contact us via email or Etsy messages. If we have received your parcel back from the courier, we will ask you to pay for postage again and arrange for the parcel to be resent.

How do I return an item for a refund?

If you change your mind about an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once authorised, items must be returned within 14 days in their original, unused, and re-sellable condition with all original packaging included. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a reliable courier and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. In this case, you would need to raise this with your chosen courier. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Can I cancel an order I placed?

We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch. As we aim to dispatch orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been packed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned in line with our returns policy.

Can I exchange an order for something else?

The easiest way to exchange an item you've ordered for another product in our shop is to return the original item in line with our return policy and then order the item you would like from our shop. Please be aware that postage costs for any items ordered, as well as return postage, is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are for safely returned, unused items only. Please see our return policy for more details.

I'm a customer ordering from outside the UK- will I have to pay customs fees?

Customs fees for the countries we ship to generally only apply to very high value orders, however each country's policies differ and it is possible that charges will apply. Customs fees are the responsibility of the person importing the goods and so we kindly ask that customers research any potential charges prior to placing an order with us. We are always happy to help where we can and will try to signpost you to the relevant information on customs charges before you place your order if requested. Customs fees are different to any sales taxes charged by Etsy at the time of purchase, so paying this does not necessarily prevent customs fees being charged. Please be aware of your country's import regulations prior to ordering.

I'm a customer ordering from outside of the UK and my order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window- what should I do?

Please accept our apologies if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window. We do however kindly ask customers to be aware that the delivery date given is only an estimate and occasionally orders do take longer to arrive. Royal Mail will only accept claims for loss 20 working days after the estimated delivery date for European orders and 25 working days after the estimated delivery date for the rest of the world. We cannot therefore treat a parcel as lost and issue compensation for orders until after this time has passed, and we kindly ask customers to wait for the duration of time set by the courier before reporting an order as lost to us. After this time, we will be happy to compensate customers for missing parcels.
