Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we are happy to customize a piece to your specifications, or create something from scratch just for you! Message us to get the process started.

What kind of paint do you use?

We use a flat, water-based paint in our own custom colors. We use rollers to apply the paint, which we've found to leave a more uniform surface and avoids brush marks. For our "Old" finish, we apply a single coat of paint, then distress the edges by sanding and staining. For our "Solid" finish, we apply two coats of paint.

What types of wood do you use?

Our products are made from solid knotty pine. Pine is a softwood that will show dents, marks, and scratches. It is an ideal wood for our rustic aesthetic, and these imperfections are considered not only acceptable, but part of the piece's charm. On products with door panels and beadboard backers we use compressed wood, hardboard, or wainscoting for those components.

Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Vigorous scrubbing may damage the finish. Coasters are recommended for any surface holding drinks. Pieces with a coat of polyurethane can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the continental US for free. Shipping to AK and HI is 50% off. If you are outside the United States, please message us for a shipping quote before buying.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. In general, returns must be initiated within 7 days, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

It’s a great looking shoe shelf. Sturdy. Solid wood. Fits perfectly my rustic ambiance. There were a lot of color choices as well as different sizes. Great find. P.S. not for boots unless you want to lay them down, that is what I do with mine
