How long will it take for my order to ship?

The current turnaround time for personalized dog tags is 1-3 days. I will try to ship your order as soon as possible!

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us. If your tag is personalized with a name and/or phone number we cannot accept returns. Some of our tags have optional personalization. For those items, if you choose not to personalize, we can accept returns within 14 days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Our tags are made of solid brass. Over time your brass tag will begin to tarnish. This can happen faster due to the oils in your pet’s skin. Light tarnish can be removed by rubbing the tag with a cloth, soap, and water. A polishing cloth can remove the tarnish and shine the tag. You can use brass polish or grade #0000 steel wool found at your local hardware store for more tarnished brass.

Will there be variations in the stamping?

Hand stamping is not as precise as machine engraved or laser etched. It is a slower process that takes skill and is done by hand. Quirks and imperfections are possible and part of its charm. However, I try very hard to make sure things are aligned and spaced correctly.

What information goes on the back of a dog ID tag?

It depends on which size tag you purchase. Check the individual listing or message us. Here are the back engraving options: • One phone number • Two phone numbers • One phone number + CHIPPED or REWARD
