Description

Welcome to Historic Needlecrafts- Patterns from the past brought back to life for modern knitters

6 Victorian knitted lace edgings: Set 2 from a Victorian Treasure: The Knitted Lace Pattern Book. C & W Thomson 1850's

I have selected 6 lace edgings to get you started. Victorian lace is much easier than you think! Use it to trim pillowcases or hand towels for guests.

In her book Victorian Lace Today, Jan Sowerby references this book in the instructions for Victorian Ruby on page 92 and two Scarfs on page 84 and 100.

A Digitally Cleaned and Restored Reprint published in PDF format, 13 pages in total.

PDF is ready for immediate download. Your freebies and other goodies are waiting for you too.

You can also purchase different sets of these Victorian lace patterns or the entire collection.

What is PDF format? It is the format used by Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have the correct software, you can get it from www.adobe.com. The beautiful thing about PDF files is that they are formatted and paginated which means that they are very easy to read (when compared with plain text files) and they are ready to print!
