Thanks for your attention to this in advance. ~ Jessica I wrote the business and never heard back. Their post was misleading and they didn't try to fix it. Not cool!

Honest mistake on the measurements. The buyer waited almost a month to contact us that the cabochons would not work for her and we did contact her back 1 DAY later (check your etsy email) to still allow her to return the items for an exchange or a refund. Returns and or exchanges are accepted usually within 14 business days, but we extended the offer further, as it was our mistake on the thickness measurements.

I received my order quickly, but the items didn't work out for my purposes. I contacted the seller that same evening to ask if I could get a refund for the items since I wouldn't be able to use them. Seller responded that she could issue a partial refund since the shop charges a 20% restocking fee. I admit that I didn't know about the restocking fee, even though it is listed in the shop's policies. It was my fault for not reading the policies before making the purchase. Seller was kind enough to waive the restocking fee when she issued my refund, so I think that their customer service is really good. Thank you so much.
