Crochet Crocodile-Stitch Gloves 2 (Pattern)

I love this pattern - great tutorial! I made my gloves using Lion Brand Amazing yarn in Mauna Loa to match my new jacket from the GreaterGood stores, and added an extra row of Crocodile stitches before the thumb hole for extra coverage. :)

These turned out really cute. I made some for co-workers as Christmas gifts and they loved them! I wasn't familiar with the crocodile stitch before this pattern - so the provided video tutorial really helped!

I am really happy with how the gloves turned out. I had a hard time understanding how to hold the work, but this was my first crochet project. The video was really helpful! A note: I normally buy size 9womens gloves and I needed to size up to a chain 32 to make these gloves fit.

Quite a few things missing in this pattern. There was no gauge listed. I'm a tight crocheter so it's important for me to make a swatch on things that will be worn. I contacted the seller but it's been over 24 hours and no response back. The instructions are slightly different from the pattern and from the video instructions. Instructions were unclear for the thumb part. Luckily I'm not a beginner and was able to make it work. There were also missing steps for the last row of croc stitch. The pattern says I should have 3 before the thumb and 3 after, but pattern only has instructions for 2 after the thumb. Not very impressed overall to pay for an untested pattern.
