Steps to complete once order has been submitted:
1.) Send your photos:
Email desired photos to info [!at] ashleekellyevents.com. For best results, photos should be uncropped and at least 300 dpi resolution (or largest size available). Photos may be submitted in the following formats: jpg, gif, png, psd and tiff. We can use up to 3 photos for the front, back, and inside of the popup. Inside photos should be oriented vertically and have a full body shot of the couple. If possible, please also include a separate background photo without the couple for best results.

2.) Choose your wording and fonts:
We have a variety of fonts available (samples can be emailed if requested). Specific fonts can also be requested, but availability of these is not guaranteed. Separate fonts may be used for different portions of the card. Fonts are also available in virtually any color requested, although some colors may work better with different backgrounds. When emailing picture, please also send desired wording for the interior and exterior.

All orders require payment in full or a deposit in order to be processed. Minimum order of 25. A 25 % deposit is required on all custom orders.

*SHIPPING:
At this time, orders can only be shipped within the U.S.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 3-5 business days in the US. Shipping includes tracking information and confirmation delivery. An email will be sent to you when your order has shipped with tracking information.
Ashlee Kelly Events is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been made. Please notify us of the best possible location to have your orders delivered to.

*REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and Exchanges are not accepted based on the custom nature of each order. We are confident in our designs and abilities that you will find our products to be 100% satisfactory.

*CANCELLATIONS:
All deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time before your final proof approval. Once you have provided proof approval, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

*ONLINE PROOFING:
All invitations will require approval of digital proof(s) before production begins. Proof(s) take up to 2-3 business days to complete, and an additional 1-2 business per revision required afterward. There are 3 emailed proofs that are included in this process. Please note: an additional $10 fee will be applied for any additional revisions over the 3 included.

To ensure 100% satisfaction, please be sure to review your proof(s) for misspellings, grammatical and punctuation errors. We are not responsible for any errors once the final proof approval has been submitted. Once you agree that you have proofed your design and verified your information, you have authorized printing production. Please note that once printing has begun, no further revisions can be made to the design.

*TURN AROUND TIME:
Please note when placing a bulk order: All invitation orders are made to order and require adequate proofing and production time. Printing and assembly process takes 3-5 weeks after your final proof approval has been submitted.

*PHOTO SUBMISSION:
By uploading your photo, you are confirming you are the owner of the copyright to the photograph(s) referenced in this order and authorize its reproduction by Ashlee Kelly Events.
