• It generally takes 1-3 days to process and 1-5 days to ship to the USA, 5-12 days to Canada, and 10-20 business days elsewhere in the world.

• We ship the art print flat* using a thick shipping envelope along with corrugated cardboard to ensure there are no creases or bends in the art piece.
• Print sizes larger than 11x14 will be shipped in a mailing tube.
• We ship every Tuesday and Thursday at 11AM, any orders that arrive after the shipping time will be shipped out in the next round.

The fonts you see for each neighborhood or city are not electronically generated, they are hand-drawn, one by one. I take great pride in making sure I represent each map as best as possible!
