What is your Cancellation, Return, and Exchange policy?

All of our apparel is custom made to order - we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. This includes selecting the wrong size, so please be sure to consult the size chart on your item before ordering. Note that colors may vary on your screen based on the actual item due to lighting and photography. Color variations are not a defect or eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 4 business days of the order being marked as delivered on the tracking. We require a clear, high quality photo which shows the entire product, including the image/print & which also clearly shows the issue in that same photo. If a photo cannot show this fully/clearly, we may request a short video.

T-Shirt and Sweatshirt Care Instructions

• Always wash your garment before wearing it (be sure to remove any stickers before washing and drying) • Turn inside out before washing and drying • Machine wash cold with like colors • Only use regular laundry detergent (do not use bleach or vinegar) • Tumble dry low • Do not bleach, do not use vinegar. • Stain removers can sometimes damage lighten, or bleach the garment - only use these at your own risk following the manufacturer's directions. We are not responsible for the effect of stain removers on the fabric. • Do not iron directly on the design • Do not dry clean

Custom and personalized orders

• We love to do custom orders! Please contact us BEFORE placing your order to discuss customization • We are happy to make simple wording changes at no additional charge. If you would like a custom graphic or design, please let us know what you would like and we can quote the charge for more intricate or involved design work. • We may have additional shirt and sweatshirt colors available upon request.

What Size Should I Choose?

• Please check the size chart on the garment you are ordering for the brand, fabrication, fit, sizing, and other details to help you choose a size. • We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from ordering the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Size variance is up to and including 1.5". • If you still have questions about choosing a size after reviewing the size chart, please reach out to us!

Packaging & Gift Messages

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, gift packaging, or gift messages. Note that whether you mark a package as a gift or not, it will not contain an invoice that displays the price. Please note that if you request a gift message when placing an order that we will not be able to include that message with your order. Except for large orders, clothing items will ship in a poly mailer or bubble mailer. Often the package carrier will be able to leave this in a mailbox due to its size, so please check both your box and porch for your package. Take care when opening your package not to cut or damage the item inside. Please note that the shipping origin zip code shown on Etsy may NOT match your order.

My Package Has Shipped, But I Haven't Received It Yet

Keep in mind that the shipping times listed in our shop policies are estimates, and that once your package has been handed over for shipping, we do not have control over this process. In the case of a delay or package marked as delivered but not received, please reach use the tracking number on your order to reach out to the shipping carrier, where you can follow up with them on their progress. Bella & Oak and is not responsible or liable for delays or issues caused by the carrier. To make sure that your order ships smoothly, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Reshipment for returned packages due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Discounts, Offers, Wholesale Availability

Discounts & Offers: Discounts and sales are advertised on our product listings. Please be aware that we do not haggle or negotiate pricing. However, if you have a larger order of 14 or more items, or a bulk order of 30 or more items, please reach out to us before ordering to inquire about a coupon large and bulk orders. Note that shipping multiple items together will also reduce your shipping cost and provide extra savings as well. Wholesale Availability: Currently, wholesale is only available to Brick and Mortar stores and wholesale orders will be subject to a minimum purchase. Please inquire through Etsy messenger and include your brick and mortar store info, quantity needed, and design(s) in your inquiry.

I have a problem with my order

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 4 business days of the order being marked as delivered on the tracking. We require a clear, high quality photo which shows the entire product, including the image/print & which also clearly shows the issue in that same photo. If a photo cannot show this fully/clearly, we may request a short video. Items which have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are no longer eligible for replacement.

• Other items in the product photos are for staging purposes and are NOT included in your purchase. • Colors and Saturation/brightness displayed on your monitor/phone/device may differ from the actual item. This can be due to many reasons, but is often caused by the settings of your device/screen, variations in lighting both in photography and in person, and that people can see color differently. While we do our best to show accurate listing photos, please keep in mind that the color of what you receive may vary from what is on your screen. • We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by the shipping provider. Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly and are there to receive your package.

How are your designs printed?

• Our designs are professionally printed directly on the shirt. We do not use cheap “iron-on’s”. • Due to this method of printing, our shirts are softer than screen printed tees and very durable. The designs will not crack or peel like cheap vinyl applications. • Because the ink is absorbed into the fabric, our shirts have a beautiful, more vintage look than press on/sticker designs will have. • Designs are printed using 100% biodegradable, non-hazardous, and toxin free WATER based inks that meet the strictest industry standards.

Great sweatshirt!!! Nice quality sweatshirt material, and the print was beautiful. I was looking for printing that actually impregnated the material, instead of just a vinyl iron on....and this definitely met all my expectations!!!!
