Please note that Bicone birthstones tend to scratch the metal more than the regular round flat (channel) birthstones... This is because the edges are sharper and there is not much I can do about it; please consider this before purchasing
Minor scratches might appear on your necklace, especially the layered and the ones with birthstones or charms, because of the rubbing of the metal discs between each other and the birthstones, you can polish those light scratches and mild marks with the polishing pad

Sterling Silver will tarnish without the proper care but Copper and Brass will tarnish even faster
- Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, store every piece individually
- Don't wear your jewelry if you are going to be in contact with chlorine water, this will tarnish it.
- The best way to prevent tarnish is to actually wear your jewelry or use it often. However, if you leave it sitting out for prolonged periods, it may begin to react to the sulfur or hydrogen sulfide in the ambient air. This reaction could cause the jewelry to tarnish. If this happens, polish as soon as you become aware of the problem.
- You should not wear your jewelry when cleaning with harsh household cleaners including bleach
- Don't shower with your jewelry

All necklaces come in a jewelry box ready to give (shown in the last picture of each listing), a Polishing pad (White Square) and a card with care instructions

Necklace is a pendant plus the chain.

All key chains and pet id tags come in an organza bag (with the exception of the ones that have the leather holder, those come with a box)

All charms that don't include a chain are packed in an organza or velvet pouch and they include also a polishing pad (white square) and a card with care instructions

Personalized custom jewelry is non-refundable, non- returnable because it was made especially for you and according to your specifications, however If there is an error in the jewelry that I have made, I will correct the mistake immediately and re-sent the piece ASAP.
I can't do partial refunds and I can't refund due to not receiving in time.
Most of my items are Sterling Silver. Items need to be polished. Darkening may fade. This is the natural process of wearing silver.
Intentionally Me is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to normal wear and tear of item and this includes chains.
Any problems with chains must be reported within 7 days after receiving your order.
I exchange chains if they are not the right size

Stamping on the back is an upgrade and starts at $8 (for the smaller pieces) because I need to use a thicker gauge and because of the extra labor.
Stamping on the back is available for most of my designs but not for all; please contact me BEFORE purchasing if you want this option because I need to set up a custom listing for you with the upgrade

Options available for Sterling Silver Chains
- Standard Chains come with a spring ring closure
Please note that the Sterling Silver Ball, Cable, Baby Rolo and Box chains are considered standard. They are 1mm and 1.2 - 1.5 mm (ball chain) thick and they are delicate.
- Upgraded Chains come with lobster clasp
If you prefer a thicker or heavier duty chain you should consider upgrade to '1mm Venetian or Snake chain' or '1.5mm Rolo chain'.

The Baby Rolo is the most delicate and dainty chain I have, very light weight. The Snake chain is also delicate, it tends to kink and it is prone to breakage and sometimes pulls the hair. The venetian chain is a great alternative to the snake chain, very resistant
