PROCESSING TIMES:
This is a product that is specifically made for you so each one is printed ONLY when purchased. We understand it is important to receive your order in a timely manner so we try and get your order out ASAP. 2. Packaging material used (bubble wrap, Styrofoam, etc.)
3. Damaged item outside of the box.
4. A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
5. 1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides.
6 .1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides.

Once we have all the information listed above - we will send a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Thanks!
