🟢 INSERT POLICIES & ORDER TERMS

All inserts are handmade to order and designed for specific bag models only. They are not mass-produced. Due to the handcrafted process, slight natural variations may occur especially if your bag is made from a different material (e.g., canvas vs. leather) or is a limited edition with interior variations. Handmade items are not comparable to factory-produced inserts. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to the policies below.

🟢 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to the nature of handmade-to-order items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for; ✗ Preference-based concerns (fit, stiffness/softness, shade) ✗ Expectation concerns when the item matches the listing ✗ Ordering the wrong size or color ✗ Attempting to use the insert in a different bag ✗ Custom orders ✗ Change of mind, or if you no longer have the bag. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once a shipping label is created or the order enters pre-transit, cancellations are no longer possible. Buyers are responsible for reviewing them before purchasing. If these terms do not align with your expectations, do not place an order. We kindly ask that you respect this policy.

🟢 BAG MODEL REQUIREMENT / MEASUREMENTS

Inserts are made for the exact bag model listed. They are not transferable between bags, even if measurements appear similar. We do not provide measurements to prevent incorrect purchases based on sizing alone. Ordering based on measurements instead of the listed bag model often results in improper fit and does not qualify for return. If your bag model is not listed, we do not currently offer an insert for it.

Felt options vary in thickness, structure, and flexibility. Perception of firmness is subjective and depends on personal preference and bag style. ● Lightweight (1.5–2mm): Soft and flexible with a relaxed feel. Ideal for maintaining a bag’s natural slouch while keeping contents organized. Does not provide firm structure. ● Luxe Slim (1.2mm): Thin profile with gentle structure. Slightly more supportive than Lightweight while remaining soft and space-saving. Ideal for small bags and pouches. ● Luxe Edition (2mm Structured): Firm and structured for enhanced shape support and a more upright silhouette, especially for larger or slouchy bags. This version is limited edition until supplies last. Please review before purchasing.

🟢 SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Processing time: 3-5 business days. During sales, holidays, or inclement weather, processing times may extend slightly. Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by Etsy based on USPS carrier rates, package dimensions, weight, and destination. We accurately enter the box size and total package weight, but shipping rates are determined by Etsy and USPS and are not set or controlled by our shop. Need it sooner? ⏰ Add “Rush My Order” (ships in 1 business day) ✈️ Select Priority Mail at checkout All orders are gift-wrapped and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

🟢 MARKED DELIVERED BUT MISSING? (US and INTERNATIONAL)

▪️ Check mailbox, porch, side doors ▪️ Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff (shared apartments) ▪️ Wait 2 to 3 days — USPS sometimes scans early ▪️ Call your local post office for a GPS scan (this must be done on you end) Once a package is marked Delivered, the shipment is considered successfully completed by the carrier. According to Etsy policy, sellers are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered with a valid tracking number. Etsy may review the tracking and delivery details if a case is opened. Please ensure your shipping address is secure, as we cannot replace or refund packages that are marked DELIVERED.

🟢 LOST IN TRANSIT (U.S. ONLY)

If your tracking has not updated for 15+ days, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier or Etsy Support directly for assistance, as they can provide updates and start an investigation more quickly. While we are happy to assist, please note that due to the high volume of orders and messages we manage daily, carrier investigations initiated through our shop may take 20 + business days to process. Once an order has shipped with a valid tracking number, the package is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Delays, missed scans, or routing issues may occur during transit and are outside of our control.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please enter your shipping information using English characters only, as this allows Etsy to generate a valid shipping label. All international orders are shipped through Etsy’s Global Shipping Program. Once your package leaves USPS and enters the international leg of transit, Etsy’s shipping partners take over the shipment, including customs processing, tracking updates, and final delivery. Because the international portion is handled by Etsy’s partners, sellers cannot intervene once the package leaves the United States. Delays, customs processing, or delivery issues may occur during transit. For assistance with delays, customs holds, packages marked Delivered but not received, or lost in transit, please contact Etsy Support directly.
