Easy to follow directions are hidden inside the tubes for guests to learn how to plant their seedlings once they go home.

These gift trees can be given year round and planted indoors until planting season. Unlike many other sources, guests can carry them on when they fly home. No mess, no fuss for your guests - just grab and go!

The type of seeding varies by geography - largely evergreen, pine or redwood varieties are used based on what will grow best in your area. Please confirm your needs in the personalized notes at check out.

We donate 5% of the proceeds to the Arbor Day Foundation; a non-profit that works to galvanize communities to reduce their carbon foot print and plant new trees. These gift trees are hardy evergreen seedling plugs that grow abundantly around the country, look great for your presentations, and hold up well during travel.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard processing time is minimum 3 weeks, 4 to 5 weeks time preferred; subject to change, monitor lead time on Etsy for changes. We ship the week of the event to ensure it arrives in its freshest condition a few days prior to the event. Detail any specific need by date for travel. Purchases made in advance are welcome and anything 4 months or further out should be emailed to info [!at] dearlybeeloved.com to schedule for the upcoming year.

PROOFS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Proofs will be provided ahead of custom designs for more intricate designs (cutting boards, door mats, event favors, etc). Listings that are more straight forward such as tumblers, mugs, candles or stones will not generate a proof unless requested by the buyer at checkout. Truly custom design requests will always generate proofs, multiple edits are available until we get it just as you envisioned it!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are at fault for an error. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund items on a case by case basis. Don’t hesitate to contact us!

CORPORATE & BULK ORDERS WELCOME
We welcome corporate orders and love incorporating logos to our designs, helping business with gifting that is on brand for the firm. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
It is very difficult to change your address after your order is placed, we will try are very best, but are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Etsy account.

PROVIDING ALL DETAILS:
All processing times are based on you providing all the details needing to complete your order. Orders will be delayed up to 10 days or until you provide all missing details. After 10 days we will cancel your order if we have not received a response from you.
