We send our orders through to production around midnight every night. If you have any changes to your order, please message us and if the order hasn't been sent to production yet, then yes, you can make changes. If if it has already been sent to production, there's a small chance that we can change it for you, but often times it might be too late. We will try to accommodate your changes if we possibly can.

We have to collect sales tax on every order for every state that mandates it.

Usually it's a small discrepancy when you had entered your credit card information. Your card also could have recently expired and if that's the case, please contact your credit company to replace your card. Please also double check that the card number, expiration date, 3-digit card security code on the back of your card and your billing zip code associated with the credit card are correct.

Yes, you will be charged when you make a purchase. However, we do not store payment information for security purposes, so it's completely safe & secure to purchase with a valid credit card.

We try to submit. your order around just before midnight of the day you placed your order. From there, our production team could take up to 1-4 business days to create your order before shipping. We will send you tracking information on your shipment as well, so keep an eye on your order status for that information.

When your order has been produced and given a shipping label, we will update your order with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on when your package should be arriving. Make sure you log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

*Please note that during holidays that the carrier might run a little later than usual due to the higher volume, so if it looks like it's not moving, chances are it will on its way shortly!

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please message us so we can help you look into this.

We must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, unfortunately we will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.
