When Will my Order Ship?

When Will My Order Ship? To check your scheduled ship-by date: 1. Go to Etsy.com and click “You” in the top right corner. 2. Click on “Purchases and Reviews.” 3. Find your order to view your ship-by date and full order details. Shipping Timeframes • In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days • Made-to-order or custom items ship within 1–2 weeks Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

I currently do not offer custom or personalized orders. All items in the shop are available "as is" and are not able to be changed, sized differently, or customized.

My order is stuck in “Pre Transit” or “In Transit”

“Pre-Transit” This status means USPS has the package, but it was not scanned at initial pickup—common with letter mail. Packages may show no updates until delivery, and delays are more likely. “In Transit” This status means the package was scanned at origin but has not had further updates. This often occurs during postal delays or high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays). Your package is still moving and will update again either during transit or upon delivery. I am not responsible for delivery or in-transit delays once an item has been shipped.

Missing/Damaged/ Delayed Package

Missing or Damaged Packages: If your item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it—or if it arrives damaged—you must contact me within 5 days of the marked delivery date. (Please include photos if your item is damaged.) Please note: USPS may be able to provide GPS coordinates for delivered packages. You are encouraged to contact your local post office to assist with locating the item. ________ In-Transit/ Delayed Packages: Due to ongoing USPS delays, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are marked In Transit or Pre-Transit, unless 30 days have passed since the ship date without any tracking updates or delivery.
