HAND WASHING
Steps:
•Warm Water 20-25°C
•For a single sweater, 4-5liters of water is recommended. Too little water will damage the product.
•Add detergent/cashmere soap in water & swirl to disperse the soap evenly.
•Place the item in the water for 5 minutes until soaked.
•Gently squeeze the cashmere with soapy water.
•Don't wring & rub.
•Carefully squeeze cashmere without wringing water out.
•Rinse carefully in clean lukewarm water.
•Lay the item flat in its natural shape on a towel to prevent from wrinkling and losing its shape & elasticity.

WASHNING MASHINE
Don't recommend due to machine being too hard for fiber resulting the cashmere being stretched & losing form.

IRON - low temperatures with steam from a distance of 0.5-1cm.

CASHMERE STORING
Storing inside your closet wardrobe for a long time is a bad idea for moths & other insects could easily create holes. If you do store it inside a wardrobe or a drawer, neatly fold it and place it inside a cashmere mesh bag in order for it to breathe and keep your cashmere in shape. Always place a nontoxic insect deterrent beside your cashmere, such as a cedar wood ball.

IMPORTANT
We don't recommend wearing cashmere everyday because cashmere fibers need to rest for 1-2 days.

If you want to include a gift message, include the note at checkout or send us a message. We will put a special card to include with your package - Happy Birthday/Holidays...etc

We will accept return items if they meet the following guidelines:
• Contact us within 1 days of delivery and ship items back within 3 days of delivery;
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags attached;
• Buyer is responsible in any loss in value;
• Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and restocking fee;
• Refund of money will be issued after we receive the parcel back if all required conditions are applied.

Steps
• Place your silk garment in cold water with a mild silk-friendly detergent.
• Leave to soak (no more than 5 minutes).
• Swish the garment slowly & gently.
• Rinse with fresh water
• To help keep its hydrated feel, use a fabric conditioner in the final rinse (or even a small amount of hair conditioner).
• Rinse well in cold water.
• Ball your silk together to remove excess moisture (wringing your silk out will damage it’s fibres). Then lay it flat and roll it in a towel to absorb any lingering moisture.
• Lay flat to dry.

NO WASHING MASCHINE
We don't recommend to put any silk garments in the washing machine or dryer as this may damage the fabric.

IRON
Garments should be ironed inside out on silk mode
or use the steamer.
