How are returns and exchanges handled?

At Deja Blue Studios we want our customers to be as happy as they possibly can be. Each and every product is custom made upon your order and due to the custom nature of our products, we can not accept returns for the following reasons. -Failure to properly measure windows, bedding and shower openings. A return at half credit will be provided and is in place to protect our shop from buyer negligence since each item is created at the time it is ordered. Photos of damaged items will be required. Please contact us immediately if you receive any damaged products. We stand behind our products and will happily work with you to resolve any problems that may arise.

Are proofs provided for personalized orders?

Absolutely yes!! We understand that as a buyer, you want your item to be perfect! As a seller, so do we!!! We will send out a proof of any personalized item within 48 hours of the time of purchase and proofs will only be sent via Etsy convos! Please keep your eye out for the proofs because we do need your approval before our processing time can begin! In the event that no response for approval is received on a proof, a second message will be sent. If no response is received within 24 hours of the second request, the item will be sent for processing to the best of our abilities and no returns can be made.

Can window curtain sizes be customized?

Our machine setups make adjusting the side to side width of each panel near impossible, however, if you need a custom length under 82” we can easily accommodate that’s. Please reach out, we are almost always available and have some of the friendliest customer service you’ll find anywhere.
