We only mold 925k Sterling Sİlver and most of design finish is Oxidized Sİlver. Which elements of your products can be customized? We offer customization for chain size, bail diameters, engraving rings inside (limited to one word), and backside personalization on necklaces. How can I clean my product? You can use a medium toothbrush for cleaning, but remember to handle it gently! If the oxidised silver ring comes into contact with water or sweat over a long period of time, due to the nature of 925 sterling silver, some people may experience a slight green tinge on the skin on the first day, which will disappear with continued daily use.

Can I use your products in water? Are they durable in various weather conditions?

Our 925K Sterling Silver products are exceptionally durable, ensuring high-quality. However, we advise against prolonged exposure to showers, swimming, or intense gym use. "Plated" collections are more sensitive than oxidized silver products, so cautious usage is recommended to prevent damage.

Moreover, flat silver necklaces can be engraved on the backside for an extra fee. Additionally, all silver designs can be crafted in 10K-14K-18K Gold. If you're interested in gold versions of our products, feel free to reach out, and we'll calculate the pricing for you.

What is your exchange and refund procedure?

Many customers encounter issues related to incorrect sizes, and we assist with the exchange process, albeit with shipping costs. We recommend using USPS for return shipments. Once we receive your parcel, we initiate the new processing for your replacement. For products resent due to size changes, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
