What type of print is this?

This is a direct-to-garment printed item, will not crack and peel like vinyl. The ink is printed into fabric, not sitting on top of it.

Do you offer gift messages?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift messaging but you will be sent a tracking number when the item ships to notify the recipient to be on the look out.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We do have a photo proof package listing for purchase if you are interested. We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @FillAsYouPour

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

FillAsYouPour is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What are the care instructions?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach on time. If your order did not reach on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

Our soaking salt is simple, luxurious, and infused with only the best oils. We dry many of our own organic herbs and florals to give you the best experience possible. Postpartum baths and sitz baths have been a staple for postpartum for years but too many over the counter salt blends on the shelf have citric acids, alcohol, color dyes or synthetic fragrances. Our blend is simple, clean and made in small batches.

This Postpartum Bath Salt/Bath Tea blend is perfect for post birth and relaxation with ingredients like Calendula, Chamomile, Rose Petals, and Lavender. We use a blend of Epsom salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Dead Sea Salt, and Alaea Red Hawaiian Salts to achieve a high mineral content.

🌿Postpartum Bath Tea Ingredients: Natural Salts (Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Alaea Red Hawaiian Salts, Black Lava Salt with Charcoal Powder, Bolivian Rose Andes Mountain Salt, Himalayan Black Rock Salt), Rose Petals, Chamomile*, Calendula*, Comfrey leaf*, Lavender*, Yarrow*, Uva Ursi*

How to use Postpartum Bath Tea Soak:
The soak blend is packaged in single use cotton tea bags to drop into a hot/warm bath and steep in the goodness. Keep the tea ingredients in the bag for easy clean up - simply remove the bag when done soaking in the bath. Bath teas can be stored in the fridge for 3 days if you want to reuse them but they won't have the same potency after the first use as the salt will have dissolved in the bath water.

Notes:
- Immersive baths are not recommended immediately following a Cesarean birth but this bath tea could easily be used at any time in motherhood for a "me moment!"
- Do not ingest any part of this product.
- This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

🚿 Hand Crafted Eucalyptus Shower Steamer with Dried Flowers
For additional relief from birth soreness, everyday motherhood stress and fatigue, shower steamers can be a great experience to help refresh and reset in a relaxing spa like environment in minutes. Place the shower steamer in the corner of the shower and allow steam and water to activate the steamer (avoid placing it in a direct water stream). Breathe in the calming eucalyptus scent to help relax and soften.

Note: Each shower steamer will differ in floral types and colors given the handcrafted nature.
