Flat cards are 3.5” x 2”

Folded Cards are 3.5”x4” and are 3.5”x2” when tented. (Folded cards are shipped flat but scored for easy tenting on your tables.)

OUR PROCESS - HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Make your selections using the drop-down menus above. Read and understand the full listing description and Terms & Conditions. By purchasing this listing, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree. Also, make sure your email is Etsy is correct and notifications are turned on. Proofing is done through Etsy Messages so you are responsible for receiving your messages to avoid delays. We are not able to rush order due to delays in responses.

Step 2: In the Personalize box, provide your wording, print color requests and all other details. If you run out of room, you may also provide the wording in the "Note to Seller" box in the check-out window. Double-check to make sure your wording is free of typos and exactly how you want it before completing your order.

Select the quantity you need from the second drop down. Do not change the generic quantity below to anything but “1”.

In the Personalization box provide the following information: Event Date, Paper color (White or Ivory)

Take note of the ship date and the estimated delivery window. Upgraded shipping options are available in the checkout window if the timeline is too tight. Rush orders are also available for an additional fee. Contact me to see if we can accommodate your shorter timeframe.

Step 3:

Once your order is received, you can expect to receive your digital proof in 1-3 business days. (My vacation schedule and current delays are posted on the shop home page. You are responsible for planning accordingly.)

Your order includes ONE proof plus Three (3) rounds of changes. Additional rounds are $15/round. Proofs are sent via Etsy messages and will not be emailed to you outside of Etsy.

Please be sure to review your proofs carefully in their entirety and respond with your questions or changes in ONE message. Additional messages with changes you forgot will be viewed as additional changes and may result in additional charges. Additional rounds of changes must be paid for in full before any additional changes will be made.

PROOFS: Please review your proofs very carefully. You the buyer are responsible for verifying that ALL TEXT including template wording, names, dates, times, addresses, zip codes, and all other wording are correct and free of error in addition to your layout, spacing, and color selections. Raspberry Creative will not be responsible for errors or changes after final approval or printing. 2 rounds of revisions/proofs are included with every purchase.

Step 4: You will be required to formally "approve" your proof before anything can be printed. Once we receive your approval, we will respond with confirmation and expected ship and delivery dates. At that point, no additional changes can be made. Errors found after approval is confirmed will require a reprint your your expense.

I love using pops of color to express my personality, don’t you? I have nearly 100 paper colors available for you to use if white or ivory doesn’t quite cut it. Use different colors for each meal choice, mix and match shades of one color to add interest to your tables.

Please note that I don’t keep every color in stock so it may take 2-3 weeks for your order to ship if requested a special-order color. Rush shipping is available at checkout.

Script Font - we know that not all names look good in all fonts. To request the script font changed, provide your names as they will appear and we'll send you our font list with your names shown in all available script fonts.
Silk or satin ribbon can be added with an upgrade.

Upgrades may add to the production time. Please plan accordingly.

Please note: We will not provide a digital proof before an order is placed. You must complete checkout for any design work to begin.

*When selecting colors for your order, please do not use the photos. The photos are meant to give you ideas but are not ideal for choosing your actual color selection. It is always best to select your colors from the color chart included in the photos.

GUEST LIST INSTRUCTIONS

Your completed guest list must be submitted to me before I can begin working on your proofs. It MUST be either an Excel or Google Sheets.

I will need your spreadsheet set up in the following format:

Column A: Guest Name

Column B: Table Number

Remember that all information will be printed exactly as you have provided it so please proofread carefully before submission.

Excel spreadsheet must be emailed outside Etsy. Send to bra{at!]raspberry-creative[dot com] Follow up here in Etsy messages to confirm receipt.

FAQ’s

One name or two?

I typically recommend using just one name per card, especially when the names are in a script font. Keep in mind that space is limited on these small cards, receptions are typically dimly lit and you don’t want your guests, or caterer to struggle to see what they are reading. Putting more than one name on a card requires the font to be made smaller which can become difficult to read.

Can I add meal choices?

YES! All you need to do is add an additional column to your spreadsheet for the meal. Before I finish your proof, we can talk about how you want to denote each meal choice. I love using special food icons, different font colors or even different paper colors.

Will I need to do anything once I get my cards?

Both flat and folded cards will be shipped flat. Folded cards will be pre-scored for easy folding before they go on the table.


I need a larger or different quantity than shown.

No problem! Please contact me before you order just to make sure we can accommodate and I’ll happily set up a special line item for you in the drop down for your custom quantity.


Will the flat cards work for my clips or stands?

I will make sure they do! After you place your order, please send me photos of the clips / stands or how you plan to display your flat cards. I may have you cut out a sample design to make sure the text is high enough and will be visible before doing the final setup for printing.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

All shipping times are in addition to our processing times.
All orders include free standard shipping via USPS Ground which has a 2-5 business day transit time. This is not a guaranteed service.

With 20 years in the wedding industry, I understand how incredibly time-sensitive place cards can be especially because they often cannot be ordered until the last minute. I always do my best to get you proofs within 24 business hours but please take note that I keep my weekends free to be with my family so if you order on Friday or over the weekend, you will most likely not hear from me until Monday. Please also take note of my current vacation schedule on my shop home page announcements.

Please note that we are not able to guarantee any specific delivery date. We can only guarantee that we will ship by the Ship Date on your order. This date is also shown to you prior to purchase (when viewing the listing in a browser, not available on the Etsy app). The delivery estimate is only an estimate calculated by Etsy based on the current date, the turn arond time of the item you are ordering and your location.

Shipping upgrades are available in the checkout window. USPS Priority has a 2-4 business day transit time and USPS Express is 1-2 business day transit time. Please note: shipping upgrades do NOT rush the processing time of your order. The ship date remains the same.

If you require us to process your order faster than typically estimated and move up the ship date, you will require a rush order. Rush orders must be approved prior to purchase and cannot be added after an order is placed. Rush orders are 25% of the order total or a minimum of $50. Rush orders include Priority shipping.
